LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 2018 Ford GT Heritage Edition

When Ford announced the newest generation of the Ford GT, thousands of people applied for the opportunity to be able to purchase their newest Halo supercar. An unprecedented demand sparked a bit of chaos within Ford, as this is an exclusive halo supercar, with Le Mans racer-inspired technology, and some serious track capability and not just anyone could purchase one new. With such limited production, Ford allocated these cars to only worthy applicants who had proven their love for the brand.

In 2018, Ford issued the ’67 Heritage Edition, designed to commemorate the 1967 Le Mans win captured by Dan Gurney and A.J. Foyt in the Shelby-American Ford GT40 MkIV, the first all-American team to take the overall win at Le Mans. As an homage to that historic race car, this 2018 model bears a Race Red and white stripe livery, with exclusive No. 1 race-number graphics. Very few of these Heritage models were produced and only allocated to their most exclusive customers.

Powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 EcoBoost engine generating 647hp and 550 ft/lbs of torque, with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, this GT features a gloss-finish Race Red exterior with white stripes and an exposed carbon package. The car sports Frozen White No. 1 hood and door graphics, with red brake calipers and silver rearview mirror caps completing the look. Unique to this example is a titanium exhaust and titanium lug nuts on the 20-inch one-piece forged aluminum wheels in Silver Satin clear coat.

If you weren’t one of the lucky few initially chosen by Ford to purchase, then this is your chance to own one of the best modern collector cars. With only 9.7 actual miles on the odometer, this presents the opportunity to own a brand-new, truly still in the wrapper, Heritage GT.
