Very Unique and Beautifully Restored

Through Chevrolets ordering system in the 1960’s it was possible to customize a car to almost endless configurations, all you needed to know was which boxes to check on the order form. Anything from special engine or suspension configurations to special appearance packages were available. This beautifully restored 1969 Z/28 Camaro is an exceptional example of such a car.

Finished in beautiful Garnet Red paint, with black stripes, black vinyl roof and black interior, this special Z28 Camaro is outfitted with some extremely rare and some of the most desirable equipment available in its day. The numbers matching DZ302 engine is complete with the highly sought after cross ram dual quad intake in addition to a "140" first-design off road camshaft and K66 mag pulse ignition, all backed by a numbers matching M22 “rockcrusher” transmission. What makes this car even more special is the “QY” coded JL8 rear end, giving it 4 wheel disc brake option.   Of course it also comes with many more options some of which include, power brakes, console, gauge package, Am/Fm radio, front and rear spoilers, “YH” rally wheels with Goodyear Wide Tread GT tires, Gardner exhaust and the package is completed with a set of proper style GM headers and the optional fiberglass hood.   It also comes complete with full pictures of the restoration, ownership history, complete breakdown of all numbers and codes, binder full of receipts and records.   This beautiful X33 Z28 has benefited from a complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration by a mark specialist and seeing minimal mileage since completion.   A great opportunity to purchase a very special and truly unique Z28 Camaro.
