1995 Chevrolet Corvette Indy Pace Car Edition
Very Special Festival Car!
Part of the very distinguished history of the Chevrolet Corvette it has been honoured as the official pace car for the annual, world famous Indianapolis 500 race a total of 8 times. In 1995 a total of 75 specially numbered cars were produced and used at the race by various media representatives and noted personalities.
The car presented here is extremely unique and very special as it is one of only 75 Festival cars used @ Indianapolis for the 1995 race. It is car #107, used by ABC sports and driven @ the track by broadcaster Jack Arute. Since then the car has been collector owned beautifully maintained and stored in a climate controlled environment. The car has been driven very sparingly and has traveled a mere 3,477 miles since new. All cars came with the Pace Car specific two tone paint scheme of Dark Purple over white, 5.7 litre LT1 300 hp engine, 4 speed automatic transmission, Argent ZR1 wheels, coated ZR1 spec rotors, black leather bucket seats with purple inserts and Indy logo and electronic air conditioning among many other Corvette options. To make this car even more special, it comes complete with a like new never used matching go kart with Briggs & Stratton engine featuring an electric starter and matching purple on white paint scheme.
