2009 Ferrari F430 Scuderia

Lowered and Lightened with More Horsepower

During the 2005 model year, the Ferrari F430 was released to the public as a follow up model to the very popular 360. The 430 added a larger displacement mid-mounted V8 engine and even more technology taken right from its Championship winning F1 cars. Just as the Challenge Stradale was to the 360, the F430 needed a more performance and track oriented car for the public, and the Scuderia was born.

With its updated front facia, lowered stance and big smoked wheels, the Scuderia is a very aggressive looking car, add to that the black paint and stripe delete featured on this model, and you have one of the most eye catching cars on the road. To ensure the Scuderia has the performance to back up this image, Ferrari engineers found 220 lbs of equipment deemed un-necessary, massaged another 20 hp from the 4.3L V8 for a total of 510 @ 8,500 rpm, as well as outfitting it with “superfast2” technology allowing the transmission to shift gears in 60 milliseconds, a further improved version of their F1 style E-Diff technology and carbon ceramic brakes all around. Consider all performance objectives achieved! The Scuderia has almost proved to be a better performer than Ferrari itself hoped for, having lapped the Ferrari test track as quickly as their performance flagship, the Enzo. In addition to all performance, this particular Scuderia comes outfitted with many sought after options such as Alcantara interior with red stitching, red brake callipers, Alcantara dash, steering wheel and upholstery. Unbridled performance, ferocious good looks sure to turn some heads, and a mere 350 kms (217 miles) showing, this 2009 Ferrari F430 Scuderia offers an exciting opportunity to own a car that will without a doubt go down in history as one of the most impressive Ferrari’s ever.
