In 1968, the 4-4-2 finally became its own model, not simply a performance package put on the Oldsmobile Cutlass. Available in coupe or convertible form, they were available with 4 versions of the 400 Olds motor, with the Hurst/Olds also making its debut with a 455 cu in engine.

This particular Oldsmobile is an original 4-4-2 convertible as stated in the desirable GM of Canada documentation, it has however been built the way many wishes they came from the factory, with a nicely built Oldsmobile 455 engine in place of the original 400. Back up by an automatic transmission, this car has the potential to dip into the 12 second ¼ mile times, has a nice solid body, painted dark green with black striping to compliment the black interior and black vinyl roof.
