Chevrolet Corvette and Performance go hand in hand. Since the introduction of the C6 for the 2005 model year, performance of the base level Corvette has been nothing short of impressive, especially when equipped with the Z-51 performance package. However, it has always lived in the shadows of the Z06 and super car like ZR1. For 2010, Chevrolet now offers the Grand Sport package on all Corvette body styles, this package provides many of the Z06 upgrades to suspension, brakes, exhaust and the aggressive wide body, but with the LS3 430hp engine. End result is a Corvette which offers 9/10’s the Z06 performance plus all the manners and composure that make the Corvette an excellent car for day-to-day use .
