2007 Shelby GT-500

Still in the Wrapper – Collector Owned with only 702 kms

Released in for the 2007 model year, the Shelby GT500 was to be the newest high performance Mustang to come out of Ford’s in house hot rod shop called Special Vehicle Team. A continuation of the very popular SVT Cobra, it also coincidentally marked the 40 model year anniversary since the first Shelby GT500 hit the market. Obviously if Shelby was going to allow his name to be used in conjunction with this car, it had to be a world class performing vehicle, and it did not disappoint.

This particular Shelby was pre-ordered by the original order, painted Torch Red with white stripes, complimented perfectly by black with red leather accent interior. Powered by the hand assembled 5.4L 32v DOHC Supercharged motor rated at 500hp and 475 lb/ft of torque and a T-56 6 speed manual transmission, this car has travelled a meagre 702 kms (436 miles) since new. The protective plastic covers for shipping remain on both of the front seats, sun visors, steering wheel and radio as well as the window sticker still factory installed on the passenger side window.   It comes complete with all owners manuals, spare keys, even the radio antenna still in its original packaging in the trunk. As an added feature setting this car apart from the others, it has been signed by Carroll Shelby himself, appearing on the passenger side dash! This Shelby GT-500 is a perfect car for the Shelby collector looking to add a late model version to their stable, or for the enthusiast looking to obtain a future collectible and piece of modern Shelby history.
